Do you shop online?

Why I shop here

In trying economic times, people sometimes make mistakes. I avoid crowds because I am a short person and do not like to see only one beer belly ahead of me.The guy at Walmart was NOT short Nor Small. Rock concerts and bullfights are known for trampling crowds too.

More people are starting to think like home is the place to shop from with some degree of safety. For myself, I shop online a lot more. And I go to familiar places like this birding guides store. I trust them. I like to support small business and this birding guides place has a lot more than bird supplies available.

I love to Learn

Libraries and bookstores are my great places to browse. Lately I find I cannot get to as many libraries in person but I do visit the New York Public Library online. My current project is researching home based business because I want to start one for a second income. Looking over home based business review sites I am learning what to trust and what to skim over.

To Explore

My hobby of outdoor exploring has taken me to many extraordinary places. It is true though that the seasons can limit my outdoor expeditions sometimes.

I often seek times to take my bird book and favorite bird binoculars and take a short walk to explore. Simple everyday people were responsble for many observations about birds and wildlife which helped scientists learn about the state of the environment. when Rachel Carson learned song birds were diminishing due to DDT damage.Silent Spring was a catalyst for major environmental movements in America in the 1970′s.

Even though the person in-charge of the event planning for the wedding reception or the rehearsal dinner may feel overwhelmed at the great responsibility that he or she has, an important thing for the wedding event planner to realize is that the wedding and everything pertaining to the wedding is all about the bride and the groom.

The rehearsal is just one aspect about wedding event planning that definitely should not be taken lightly! Even though all of the wedding attendants are not required to go to the rehearsal dinner for the bride and the groom, it would be a good idea if the wedding event planner were to convince everyone to attend! In addition, another very important thing that must be thought about when it comes to the wedding rehearsal dinner is where it will be held, what food will be eaten, and how long it should last. Of course, a lot of these things will be chosen by the bride and the groom, but the wedding event planner will obviously have to help them make some of the more important decisions.

Perhaps the best thing about event planning for a wedding is witnessing the marriage ceremony and wedding reception to make sure that it all happens successfully with no real downfall! The wedding reception is an important part of this; making sure that the bride and the groom have agreed upon the food that will be there, what type of cake they’ll have, and where it will be held are very crucial issues to making sure everyone is satisfied! In the end, however, it all comes back to realizing that the whole wedding event is about the bride and the groom, and that is the secret to making sure that your wedding event planning efforts don’t go to waste!

Skinny Jeans Does NOT Mean you are beautiful!

All those things that we can see — most people think that beauty revolves around such things as lipstick, sweet eyes, or skinny jeans. They forget to look past the items and see the person looking back at us. Instead we often dwell upon what we see in the when we look in the mirror. All you can see is someone staring back at you who you don’t think is beautiful, because we have not met “normal” society standards.

The truth is, beauty isn’t some casual hunt, and it’s not an indiscriminate act that you can acknowledge. We might even be very disgusted with our features The beauty that we poses today might not even make us want to jump up and down to thank our ancestors for giving us life!

The truth is that here are, actually, scientific standards for beauty. Beauty has a purpose, because historically, it is how people have expressed who we are, also it has been a communication tool to attract the opposite sex. In fact, is really about your health and happiness regarding you beauty. Which leads us to the overview of this book: YOU Being Beautiful The Owners Manual to Inner and Outer Beauty

Here are some reviews by our readers: “This has been absolutely amazing!!! 5 stars all the way!” Good Work! Good work, keep it up! My life was transformed as a result of this book. I used all the advice given and after a week, I noticed how my skin had begun to differ. At first I could only see my pores…Then I realized men had started seeing me too!

What an amazing feeling ! Stop the Age Clock: Look 20 Years Younger, 20 Pounds Lighter and 200% Prettier in Only 20 Days is yet another book that I have enjoyed a lot and I would definitely recommend. Both books are worth reading.

There is no mater with color and features. Only a good health gives you real beauty. Roizen and Oz write: Be beautiful and we all want to look beautiful, feel beautiful. This describes the book and “I’m not sure how many men would admit to that, but substitute “feel my best” and “healthy ” for “beautiful. This book is meant for both sexes and not just men.

That is useful and helpful 3 Stars lots of useful information Dr Oz has a way of presenting information. I’ll go through the remaining books he has published.

Weight Loss Studies

More than half of adult Americans are overweight or obese and in need of nutritional help or weight loss help. Obesity is associated with increased risk for many physical and psychological conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and depression. Adults of all ages spend considerable time at work, making worksites ideal locations for reaching this population. Worksites provide access to 65% of adults in settings where people consume one or more meals daily. In addition, many worksites are capable of supporting employees in their efforts to achieve adequate levels of physical activity. Websites such as diets reporter reviews many diet programs such as 7 Day Cabbage Diet and can be very helpful.

A systematic review of published studies, conducted on behalf of the Task Force on Community Preventive Services in 2003-4, found that interventions in the worksite that combine nutrition and physical activity are effective in helping employees lose weight and keep it off in the short term. Based on the review, the Task Force recommends use of these interventions to help employees control overweight and obesity.

Background of the interventions:

* These interventions used various combinations of activities and support, such as didactic nutrition education; prescriptions for aerobic/strength training exercise; training in behavioral techniques; and providing self-help materials, specific dietary prescriptions, and group or supervised exercise sessions

* All interventions were multicomponent (i.e., they included more than one activity)

* Effectiveness of the interventions was defined as an average weight loss of at least 4 pounds, measured 6 months or longer after the start of the intervention

Findings from the systematic review

* In all 7 studies reviewed1, participants lost weight: on average, people lost between 4 and 26 pounds

* Results of studies with follow-up times longer than 6 months were generally less positive, suggesting that weight regain may be common

* Studies that used physical activity, nutrition, or behavioral interventions alone did not produce such clear results; the evidence was insufficient to determine whether or not any of these interventions alone was effective in controlling overweight or obesity

3 Things You Must Avoid When Emailing Your List

When you decide to build an opt-in list, it is not just a matter of sending your subscribers your promotional newsletters or catalogs. There are many things to consider in avoiding complications. While there are so many ways you can encourage people to subscribe to your list, there are also some things you must do to avoid subscribers from wanting to unsubscribe from your list.

Aside from that, you also want to avoid any problems with the law and your internet service provider (ISP). There are now many laws and rules that are applied to help protect the privacy of internet users from spamming and unwanted mails. With the popularity of the electronic mail as a medium for marketing because of the low cost, many companys have seized the opportunity and have flooded many people’s email accounts with promotional mail.

But, with an opt-in list, you avoid this annoyance because people subscribe to the list; they want to receive the newsletters and promotional materials. They have consented to being on the list by subscribing themselves, just don’t forget to put an unsubscribe feature everytime in your opt-in list so that you avoid any confusion. There may be times when an email account was provided when the real owner didn’t want to subscribe.

By the way, if you don’t yet have an email list and could do with some help in making sure that you do everything correctly in building one, check out our free report available from http://ListBuildingBonanza.com.

It is essential that you keep your list clean and manageable. Arrange this by using the many tools and technologies available for your opt-in list. Don’t worry – your investment in this marketing strategy is well worth it with all the coverage you will get which will likely be converted into sales, then to profit.

Keep yourself and your business out of trouble and potential run-ins with the law and the internet service providers. Keep your operation legit and clean. Your reputation as a legitimate businessman and a legitimate site depends on your being a straight and true marketing strategist. As a tip, here are three things to avoid when emailing your list.

1) Take notice of your unsuccessful sends. These are the e-mails that bounce. Bounced emails, also known as undeliverable messages, are those messages that, for whatever reason, were not successfully received by the intended recipient.

There are bounces that happen or occur because the server was busy at that time, but can still be delivered at another time. There are also bounces because the inbox of the recipient is full at that time. There are those bounced messages that are simply undeliverable ever. The reason for this is that it may be an invalid email address, a mis-spelled email address, or an email address that was abandoned and erased already.

Manage your list by putting markings on those that bounce. Erase an email account from your list so that you have an accurate statistics and records as to how many are actually receiving your mail. You may also want to check the spellings of your email addresses in your list. One common mistake is when an N instead of an M is placed in the .com area.

2) Always provide an unsubscribe feature in your site and an unsubscribe link in your mails. When someone in your list files a request to be unsubscribed, always take that request seriously. If you don’t take them off your list and keep sending them your e-mails, you are now sending them spam mail.

When you are reported as a spammer, you and your business can get into a lot of trouble. You can be reported to the authorities and maybe blacklisted by many internet service providers. You will lose a lot of subscribers this way, and many more in potential subscribers.

3) Do not provide pornographic or shocking and disturbing content in your newsletters. It is hard to decipher the age of the recipient and many complaints may stem from these. Controversial issues also are to be avoided in order to not be branded by your subscribers. Stick to the nature of your site and business.

Always remember these three tips so that you can have a healthy relationship with your subscribers as well as be kept within the boundaries of what is allowed in sending mails to an opt-in list.
